• Up to 150 Clear Chiavari Chairs

venue rental RATES -

Weekday Rate: Monday to Thursday - $250/hour (2-hour minimum)


Weekend Rate: Friday to Sunday - $2,200.00 

7-Hour Minimum (Timeslots Available: 8AM - 4PM | 5PM - 1AM)


Repast Rate: $1,200.00 (4-hours)


New Year's Eve Rate: $2,800.00


Thanksgiving and Christmas Rate: $400/hour (2-hour minimum)


Full Day Rental Rates Available Upon Request.


A $500 Refundable Security Deposit is Required to Secure Your Date.  The deposit will be refunded following your event, provided no damage is reported and no additional cleaning is required. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
